As Dakın Law Firm (“Muharrem Dakın”), we give great importance to the personal data of our clients and business partners to be processed in accordance with 6698 No. Personal Data Protection Law (“KVKK”). Your personal data is processed in line with the current legislation and within the conditions indicated below.


The Purposes of Personal Data Processing

In the scope of the activities we carry out as a law firm, your personal data is processed for the purposes of meeting the obligations of attorney agreements between us and our clients or other business partners; completing invoicing and accounting procedures, sharing relevant information with the courts, enforcement offices, administrative/ judicial authorities and public institutions and fulfilling other obligations in accordance with the law.


Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared for the purposes of carrying out the attorneyship activities, meeting our contractual obligations, defending your rights and representing, with our business partners, banks, public institutions authorized by laws and third parties in accordance with data processing conditions and purposes indicated in article 8 and 9 of KVKK.


Personal Data Collection Method and The Legal Base

Your personal data is collected as written, oral or in electronic form within the purposes indicated above, by automatic means or manually, where processing personal data is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract; where it is mandatory in order to fulfil legal obligations, where it is expressly provided by the law and where it is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of any right.


You may submit your written requests within the scope of article 11 of KVKK where “rights of the data subject” is enacted, to our registered address at Abbasaga Mahallesi Yıldız Caddesi Tevfik Pasa Konağı No.49/10 Besiktas/Istanbul pursuant to “Communique On The Principles And Procedures For The Request To Data Controller”.
